1. INFORMATION COLLECTION/STORAGE
WallTalks may collect the following information:
1.Information about the user’s use of the site, including details of visits such as pages viewed and the resources accessed. Such information includes traffic data, location data, and other communication data.
2.Information provided voluntarily by the user, for example, when registering for information.
A user’s personal information is used for creating the user profile, account and for communication purpose. The personal information provided may be used by Walltalks to contact the user directly.
“Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies or may be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual, including (but not limited to) a first and last name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, identification number. In addition to contact information, WallTalks may collect information about address, gender, birthday, phone number, or other contact information.
In general, the user can browse the website without revealing any personal information to WallTalks. When a user visits the WallTalks site, WallTalks systems collect details about the computer’s personal information, like the IP address. Please note that the IP address does not identify the user. At various times, however, the user may decide to provide WallTalks with personal information.
Like many sites, this website employs cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed the user’s navigation of the site, recognize the user and his or her unique access privileges, and track site usage.
WallTalks keeps a record of the user’s browsing activity but THE SITE’S COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT INFILTRATE A USER’S HARD DRIVE TO GATHER A USER’S CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. These cookies are not “spyware.”
As is true of most websites, the site server automatically recognizes the Internet URL from which one accesses the site. WallTalks may also log the Internet protocol (“IP”) address, Internet Service Provider, and date/time stamp for system administration, order verification, internal marketing, and system troubleshooting purposes. (An IP address may indicate the location of a computer on the Internet.)

WallTalks uses personal information from its users to:
I) provide user service;
II) provide information to users relating to other products that may be of interest. Such additional information will only be provided when the user has consented to receive such information. WallTalks always permits users to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails (except communication related to previously made orders);
III) inform the user of any changes to the website, services, or products; and
IV) monitor and improve the website by calculating the number of visitors to the website and understanding users’ geographical locations, demographics, preferences, behaviour, etc.
WallTalks does not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose users’ specific personal or financial information to anyone, except:

In operating the WallTalks website, it may become necessary to transfer data that WallTalks collects from users to locations outside of the U.A.E. for processing and storing. By providing personal data to WallTalks, the user agrees to this transfer, storing, or processing. WallTalks does its utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that users’ data is stored securely. Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. WallTalks cannot guarantee the security of data that users choose to send electronically; sending such information is entirely at their own risk.

The site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of users’ personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for the site. WallTalks uses SSL encryption to protect users’ personal information online, and WallTalks also takes several steps to protect users’ personal information in its facilities.
Access to users’ personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to the personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to such information. Finally, WallTalks relies on third-party service providers for the physical security of computer hardware. WallTalks believes that their security procedures are adequate. For example, when a user visits the site, he or she accesses servers that are kept in a secure physical environment, behind a locked cage and an electronic firewall.While WallTalks uses industry-standard precautions to safeguard users’ personal information, WallTalks cannot guarantee complete security. 100% complete security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.
6. OPT OUT/CORRECTIONS
Upon request, WallTalks will (a) correct or update a user’s personal information; (b) stop sending emails to a specified email address; and/or (c) disable a user’s account. One can make these requests by telephoning or emailing WallTalks User Care at email@example.com.
Users are advised not to email their credit-card numbers or other sensitive information.
